Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all, I have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation Policy: I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount paid. The remaining 50% will be refunded. Rescheduling Policy: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, I ask that you contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I will make every effort to accommodate your request and find a new appointment time that suits you. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued. No-call, no-show appointments will not receive any refund of the amount paid. Late Arrivals: Clients are considered late if they arrive more than 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to reschedule your service, and a fee may apply. Booking Confirmation: I encourage all clients to confirm their appointments via phone, email, or our online booking system to ensure accuracy and avoid any misunderstandings.
